Ao efectuar uma compra na B.A.G.O. assumimos que leu, entendeu e concordou com os nossos Termos e Condições.

PREÇOS

Todos os preços e encargos são apresentados em Euros. Não incluem portes de envio, os quais serão calculados no final da compra.
A B.A.G.O. reserva-se o direito de modificar os preços, ofertas, produtos e especificações de produtos no site, a nosso critério, a qualquer momento antes (mas não depois) do seu pedido ser aceite.
A B.A.G.O. não tem qualquer responsabilidade ​em outros impostos de importação, impostos sobre vendas ou taxas que possam ser cobradas no destino de entrega.

PAGAMENTOS

A B.A.G.O. aceita pagamentos por transferência bancária ou via PayPal, sistema este que lhe permite utilizar um cartão de crédito com toda a segurança através de um sistema encriptado.

Transferência Bancária

Se optar por este método de pagamento envie-nos um email com o(s) artigo(s) pretendido(s) para [email protected] e ser-lhe-á enviado o nosso NIB para proceder à transferência.
Após efectuada a transferência deverá enviar-nos o comprovativo de pagamento para o mesmo endereço electrónico e procederemos ao envio da sua encomenda o mais rapidamente possível.

Cartão de Crédito (Paypal)

Se optar por utilizar cartão de crédito poderá efectuar o pagamento através de Paypal e será imediatamente redireccionado para o website respectivo.

ENVIO E ENTREGA

Todas as encomendas serão enviadas através dos Correios de Portugal, em correio azul ou registado. O prazo de entrega varia entre 5 a 10 úteis dias após envio comprovativo de transferência bancária ou pagamento bem sucedido via Paypal.
Taxas de envio: Portugal Continental (azul registado) €5.40 / Resto do Mundo ( registado) 20€
(Os custos de envio são da responsabilidade do cliente).
Os prazos de entrega são estabelecidos pelos Correios de Portugal e a B.A.G.O. não pode ser responsabilizada por quaisquer atrasos.  Recomendamos o envio por correio registado.

By placing an order at B.A.G.O. , you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at B.A.G.O. for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by B.A.G.O. as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to B.A.G.O.  will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request B.A.G.O. to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the B.A.G.O. Conditions, you agree to the above.


Force Majeure

Events outside B.A.G.O.'s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that B.A.G.O. is released from B.A.G.O.'s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


Payment

All products remain B.A.G.O.'s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from B.A.G.O.

All transfers conducted through B.A.G.O. are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

B.A.G.O. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, B.A.G.O. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. B.A.G.O. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
